Melodicka Bros created a super sad version of “Uptown Funk.” The artists take the high-energy-filled “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars and bring the energy way down.

Introduction to “Uptown Funk”

Originally “Uptown Funk” was created as well, a funk. Created by British-American record producer Mark Ronson featuring American singer and songwriter Bruno Mars, it’s a high-energy song that brings energy. Many of his songs have this pop flavour such as “Just the way you are,” “That’s what I like” provide a high energy pop-funk.

Did you know that quite a bit of the song’s beats was inspired by the song “More Bounce to the Ounce” by R&B Soul musical group Zapp & Roger released in 1980? Check out this snazzy song by Zap & Roger.

“Uptown Funk” itself is a vibing song that has topped iTunes lists at the biggest single of the year for 2015. With lyrics like, “this hit, that ice cold Michelle Pfeiffer, that white gold / this one for them hood girls /them good girls’ straight masterpieces/stylin’, wilin’, livin’ it up in the city”, it’s become quite the prominent song.
